Few days before the NATO Summit in Chicago, fencing was erected around the site of the weekend meetings.
Strong metal fencing was brought in overnight by the truckload and set up across the street from McCormick Place, where world leaders will assemble.
Some stations on the Metra Electric Line and South Shore Line could be shut down during the upcoming NATO summit, and passengers at other stations could face airport-style security screenings, due to the Secret Service security plan that could be released as soon as Friday afternoon, reported earlier Deadlinelive.info.

Now, the Secret Service is planning for airport-style security screening at a limited number of stations on those two train lines. Many other stations on the Electric and South Shore lines – serving the South Side, southern suburbs and northwest Indiana – would be shut down during the summit, commented the media.
NBC Chicago reported that even more extreme security measures were taken couple of hours after couple of residents in the nearby Bridgeport neighborhood clashed with demonstrators on Wednesday.
Thousands of protesters from a diverse coalition of organizations including unions, antiwar groups, immigrant rights organizations and Occupy are expected to march in the streets during the NATO Summit.
The Department of Homeland Security has already declared the summit a "National Special Security Event."

New Evidence Nibiru Exists?
Recently, astroamateurs and astrophysicists have changed their view on Nibiru and are ready to admit the observation of this rogue object. Since the days of Galileo we are aware of its existence, say those who always believed in Nibiru importance. Initially, it was mistaken for a star, later for a solar system planet. It's neither.

photo: Crystalinks.com
We currently know Nibiru as Neptune, allegedly the ninth planet, but apparently it is not. Researchers call it the 8.5th planet – a massive object disguising itself as a planet in-between the 8th and 9th stable planetary orbits.

25 years of research turned on its head
NASA explores the 'edge' of our solar system for first time through the orbiting Interstellar Boundary Explorer (IBEX) probes from the two Voyager aircrafts. The new discovery is that our Solar system is travelling more slowly than thought.
Our solar system is flying through space more slowly than we thought - and Nasa's IBEX - Interstellar Boundary Explorer - has found it doesn't have a 'bow shock', an area of gas or plasma that shields our solar system as it hurtles though space, says the Dailymail.
The IBEX spacecraft has revealed a 'missing' boundary at the edge of our solar system. Our solar system doesn't move quickly enough to generate a 'bow shock' - the galactic equivalent of a 'sonic boom.'

Photo: NASA.gov
For a long time scientists thought that the heliosphere moved through the interstellar medium at a speed fast enough to form a bow shock. But the new discovery showed otherwise.

Federal Court allows NSA and Google to keep their secret
A Federal Appellate Division refused to force the NSA to explain its ‘collaboration’ with web monopolist Google last Friday, on the rationale that such revelation could threaten the entire United States government, commented RT News earlier today.
US Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia did not overrule the decision of its lower court maintaining that the NSA does not have any obligations to be subjected to the Freedom of Information Act (FIOA) requests for materials involving any relationship that the federal agency has with the web giant Google and its partners.

photo: Riseearth.com
The Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC,) took the matters to the appeals court after their February 2010 FOIA requests were ignored by the federal agency, following a widely reported partnership between Google and the NSA after the China hack. At that time the agency replied that it could "neither confirm nor deny" the existence of records responsive to EPIC's request. On their part, EPIC had insisted that the NSA’s refusal to acknowledge if any ties even existed between the agency and Google was insufficient, and that the NSA should be forced to at least acknowledge any relationship between the two before fighting off the FOIA requests.

Obama: Same Sex -Marriage Should be Legal
President Barack Obama believes same-sex marriage should be legal, the first American president to say so, putting the moral power of his presidency behind a social issue that continues to divide the country.

“At a certain point,” Mr. Obama said in an interview at the White House with ABC’s Robin Roberts, “I’ve just concluded that for me personally, it is important for me to go ahead and affirm that I think same sex couples should be able to get married.”Obama had formally opposed same-sex marriage, though in recent years said he was “evolving.”
His latest statement could end years of public quibbling over the disruptive social issue for the president.

Pentagon Secret Revealed by Raptor Pilots
Infowars reported today that two Virginia Air National Guard F-22 Raptor pilots Major Jeremy Gordon and Captain Josh Wilson added interesting information during a CBS 60 minutes interview to the Mysterious ‘Raptor Cough’ that has been widely reported by Raptor pilots in the recent years.

Air Force authorities are seriously investigating for the source of this strange and potentially deadly oxygen system problem in its $79 billion fleet of F-22 Raptor fighter jets. The most important question is why the jets’ pilots are coughing so often after missions that the pilots have taken to calling it the “Raptor cough. The video below with the F-22 Fighter Pilots "whistleblowers" tells the story.

Pentagon-created manual for interning activists at re-education camps. Important sections are 2-40 and 3-56
FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations
- 326 pages
- Distribution authorized to the DOD and DOD contractors only to protect technical or operational information from automatic dissemination under the International Exchange Program or by other means.
- February 12, 2010
- 3.59 MB
I/R operations facilitate the ability to conduct rapid and decisive combat operations; deter, mitigate, and defeat threats to populations that may result in conflict; reverse conditions of human suffering; and build the capacity of a foreign government to effectively care for and govern its population. This includes capabilities to conduct shaping operations across the spectrum of military operations to mitigate and defeat the underlying conditions for conflict and counter the core motivations that result in support to criminal, terrorist, insurgent, and other destabilizing groups. I/R operations also include the daily incarceration of U.S. military prisoners at facilities throughout the world.
This manual continues the evolution of the I/R function to support the changing nature of OEs. In light of persistent armed conflict and social turmoil throughout the world, the effects on populations remain a compelling issue. The world population will increase from 6 billion to 9 billion in the next two decades, with 95 percent of the growth occurring in the developing world. By 2030, 60 percent of the world’s population will live in urban areas. Coexisting demographically and ethnically, diverse societies will aggressively compete for limited resources.

Typically, overpopulated third world societies suffer from a lack of legitimate and effective enforcement mechanisms, which is generally accepted as one of the cornerstones of a stable society. Stability within a population may eliminate the need for direct military intervention. The goal of military police conducting detainee operations is to provide stability within the population, its institutions, and its infrastructure. In this rapidly changing and dynamic strategic environment, U.S. forces will compete with local populations for the same space, routes, and resources. The modular force’s ability to positively influence and shape the opinions, attitudes, and behaviors of select populations is critical to tactical, operational, and strategic success.
An adaptive enemy will manipulate populations that are hostile to U.S. intent by instigating mass civil disobedience, directing criminal activity, masking their operations in urban and other complex terrain, maintaining an indistinguishable presence through cultural anonymity, and actively seeking the traditional sanctuary of protected areas as defined by the rules of land warfare. Such actions will facilitate the dispersal of threat forces, negate technological overmatches, and degrade targeting opportunities. Commanders will use technology and conduct police intelligence operations to influence and control populations, evacuate detainees and, conclusively, transition rehabilitative and reconciliation operations to other functional agencies. The combat identification of friend, foe, or neutral is used to differentiate combatants from noncombatants and friendly forces from threat forces.

Big Pharma Selling Drugs OTC
The FDA may let more drugs go over the counter. Commissioner Margaret Hamburg says the agency is "trying to get feedback from various stakeholders" about improving access to medications. Apparently, the FDA proposes certain type of drugs to be distributed and made available over the counter.
And one of those improvements could well be allowing more drugs to be purchased without a prescription, The Wall Street Journal reports.
The suggested OTC medications will be for treatment of cholesterol (statins), diabetes, and asthma drugs and others.

Photo: Anondora.org
The FDA argument is that too many patients are not getting their prescriptions filled, and many would-be patients are not going in to receive the treatments that their medical doctors feel they should be receiving, reported Washington Times.
But the real issue here is that corporate pharmaceuticals are losing profits because many patients simply are not included in the health care system or lost their benefits.

If Fukushima Reactor 4 becomes unstable it will release a huge amount of Cesium-137 (CS-137) that will be 10 times the amount released at the time of the Chernobyl nuclear accident, then the current could carry it all the way to the Western USA.

photo: Tokyoprogressive.org If the area suffers even a minor earthquake, it could set off a chain reaction of events that quickly lead to North America becoming uninhabitable by humans for centuries to come, say nuclear experts.. Imagine California, Oregon and Washington State being inundated with radiation -- up to 85 times the radiation release from Chernobyl. We're talking about the end of human life on the scale of continents, commented NaturalNews this week.

DARPA to Implant Microchips to Troops
The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) has announced plans to make nanochips for monitoring troops health on the battlefield. The U.S. military wants to chip nanosensors in soldiers to monitor health on future battlefields and immediately respond to needs. Apparently, the implanted nanochips are going to relay soldiers' physical symptoms back to base in real time. Nevertheless, Privacy experts warn the step is just one more down the road to computer chips for everyone.

photo: pakalertpress.com
The Business Insider, also commented on the topic “we have this official explanation for the chipping of soldiers:...the sensors are targeted at preventing illness and disease [as opposed to reporting wounds], the two causes of most troops medical evacuation."
Did you catch that?
Now we are talking about something quite threatening: the capacity to use chips to transmit hard data to authorities, who can then make off-the-shelf diagnoses of particular illnesses.

Jailing Americans for Profit: The Rise of the Prison Industrial Complex
The USA’s largest private prison company, the Corrections Corporation of America filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission read very much like the documents of a slave-trader: “any changes with respect to drugs and controlled substances or illegal immigration could affect the number of persons arrested, convicted, and sentenced, thereby potentially reducing demand for correctional facilities to house them."
Shocking numbers have been presented by the U.S. Department of Justice, disclosing that the number of inmates being added to privately run jails is outgrowing the overall prison population by 17 percent compared to 4 percent.
The political pressure and lobbying is heavily involved and at stake.

Photo: Correctionsproject.com
Democracy Now reported that the nation’s largest company for-profit prisons, Corrections Corporation of America, has sent letters to 48 states offering to buy up their prisons in exchange for a 20-year management contract, plus an assurance that the prison would remain at least at 90 percent capacity.
Sweatshop labor is back with full force. It can be found across broad stretches of the American economy and around the world. Penitentiaries have become a growing market for such work. The privatization of prisons in recent years has meant the creation of an army of workers that has no rights or labor protection.

GMO Rice
If you eat non- certified organic rice you could be eating rice tainted with actual human genes, warned an article on Naturalnews.
The only known GMO with congenital human traits in cultivation today, a GM rice product made by biotechnology company Ventria Bioscience is currently being grown on 3,200 acres in Junction City, Kansas, warned the American Consumer Society and the Center for Foof Safety.
The facts are perturbing.

photo: mindfully.org
Naturalnews reported that after 2006, Ventria has been cultivating rice that has been genetically modified with genes from the human liver for the purpose of taking the artificial proteins produced by this "Frankenrice" and using them in pharmaceuticals.
With approval from the USDA, Ventria Bioscience has concurred one of the most widely cultivated grain crops in the world today, and essentially turned it into a catalyst for producing new drugs.
The rice's producers, California-based have been given more than 3,000 acres in Kansas. The company started to harvest the proteins and uses them in drinks, desserts, yoghurts and muesli bars.

After alternative media reports on a Pentagon-created manual for interning activists at re-education camps were published, people are still questioning the fact does this US Army manual disaster plan would really apply legally to US citizens. Or in the gist can Americans be sent to political dissidents prisons?

After combing a thorough analysis of 300-plus pages on the military document entitled FM 3-39.40 Internment and Resettlement Operations, Infowars also addresses questions over whether or not the manual would make it so that the US government could send its own citizens to reeducation camps. The article goes on showing legal and administrative sections out of this document, suggesting not only US military to have “the authority to approve resettlement such operations within US territories,” but how, also the prerogative that the us government has to single out “US citizens will be confined separately from detainees” by being booked and processed according to their Social Security number?!

With the U.S. Government creating harsher and harsher tax laws and guidelines in recent years demanding Americans abroad paying the IRS even more, citizens are voluntarily refuting protection of the United States citizenship status in numbers unparalleled in recent history.
Shocking statistics was recently uncovered. At least 1,788 Americans officially renounced their US citizenship in 2011, exceeding the totals from 2007, 2008 and 2009 combined, said figures taken from the Federal Register.

Gibiru's Anonymous IRC chat exists to enable the free flow of ideas and communication without fear of third party interception, monitoring or threats. We cherish our Constitutional democratic freedoms, including freedom of expression and we want to allow you to do this without being tracked.

There are many serious reasons why someone wishes to be anonymous on IRC (Internet Relay Chat.) The main reason is that many people wish to cloak themselves while surfing WebPages. As the WebPages you surf log your visits so anything you say in a #channel or when you /MSG someone is most likely logged.
Experts say that if the server logging you wasn’t bad enough, the people who sit in the channels often log as well. Included in these logs is your nickname and your username if you are on a public machine with identification for your IP address/hostmask and whatever you talk about in the channel. These things are the cornerstone of tracking someone or stealing his/her identify.

Cleveland Bombers
In the beginning of this week Federal agents announced that they successfully thwarted plans to blow up a bridge in Cleveland, Ohio. What was really left out of most reports was that the FBI was instrumental in plotting the potential attack.
As is the case with most terrorist attacks revealed by the FBI, from the very beginning of the alleged crime until this week’s arrests, the charges introduced by federal agents were orchestrated by undercover agent provocateurs.

Photo: Belch.com
Five men were arrested in the Cleveland area on Monday for charges of conspiracy to an anti-government plot that involved bringing a large bridge down and the use of explosive materials. They were indicted today on three counts each, including a new charge of attempted use of a weapon of mass destruction to destroy property in interstate commerce.
The five men, all described as anarchists, were arrested Monday night when they allegedly tried to detonate what turned out to be a dud bomb provided by an FBI undercover informant.
But let’s take a closer look at the federal complaint against the five men. It reveals that even though the suspects are believed to have expressed anti-government sentiments and despise main financial corporations, the real motivation in the would-be bombing was the urging of undercover agents that had infiltrated a group of friends and encouraged them to consider acts of terrorism.

Tech Giant Mozilla Warns CISPA is an “Alarming Threat to Privacy”
Silicon Valley Tech giant Mozilla has publicly denounced the Cyber Intelligence Sharing and Protection Act (CISPA) which passed the House last week, labeling the legislation an “alarming” threat to privacy.

Photo: Mozzila Firefox Logo
“While we wholeheartedly support a more secure Internet, CISPA has a broad and alarming reach that goes far beyond Internet security. The bill infringes on our privacy, includes vague definitions of cybersecurity, and grants immunities to companies and government that are too broad around information misuse. We hope the Senate takes the time to fully and openly consider these issues with stakeholder input before moving forward with this legislation,” said Mozilla, which is best known for its Firefox browser.

Oakland police used tear gas, flash-bang grenades and batons against May Day protesters marching on the streets of Oakland.
Police arrested at least two protesters and used tasers against them, said witnesses.

"No Work, No Shopping, Occupy Everywhere!”
Among the protesters was Iraq war veteran Scott Olsen, who gained was shot with a beanbag by an Oakland police officer at OWS demonstration last year. This time the former Marine, who suffered a brain injury during the protest, wore a black helmet to protect his head, reported RTNews.
"I am not 100 percent and I still have some problems, hopefully that will go away with time," he said in an interview to San Francisco Gate. "It is a shame that (the police) are reacting this way. I shouldn't have to wear a helmet to go out to this, but I do."

Red Cross prepares Chicago for mass evacuation
After its somewhat unbeaten summit in Lisbon 18 months ago, this month’s NATO meeting in Chicago will struggle to evoke the same outcome.
The main items on the Summit’s agenda look to be Afghanistan and “smart defense,” a new name for more effective pooling and sharing of assets and capabilities between member countries that NATO’s Secretary-General, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, is pushing as a way of compensating both for national defense cuts and the urgent need to lessen dependence on America plugging all the gaps, commented Central EU Digest.
But news of military drills around Chicago, Minnesota and other areas raised questions why the US will conduct such extensive militia exercise only to prevent protests' escalation related to the forthcoming NATO Summit?

CBS 2 News in Chicago reported that government officials, in the Secret Services and the Department of Homeland Security, are secretly planning for the possibility of having to evacuate Chicago.

Abraham Lincoln said war profiteers are "worse than traitors in arms."

There’s the top 1% of very rich Americans (bankers, oil tycoons, hedge fund managers) and there’s the top 0.01% of super rich and influential Americans: the military contractor CEOs.
Contractors hired by the U.S. Defense and State departments to help support operations in Afghanistan and Iraq have wasted or stolen billions of tax payer dollars since 2002, according to a Congressional report released fall of 2011. Of the $206 billion the Pentagon has spent, at least $31 billion, and possibly as much as $60 billion, have been lost, according to the House Commission on Wartime Contracting.
Even if you may know some of the statistics, what you may not know is that the enormous amount of money these companies’ CEOs make off of war and your tax dollars places them directly at the top of the mob of corrupt superrich destroying our democracy.

Dead Pelicans Wash Up On Peru Beaches
Peru's oceanographic agency announced today that it will initiate an investigation regarding the sudden death of hundreds of pelicans on its northern coast.
This current environmental investigation comes on the heels of an incident earlier in April when 900 dolphins were also found dead in the same location.

According to AP, a local fisherman association reported that its members discovered 1,200 dead pelicans along a 105-mile stretch of shoreline.
Preliminary examinations indicate that the pelicans died onshore and not in the water, but nothing is known beyond that. A report on the dolphin deaths is due in the next few days.

The issues raised by the so called "Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011" are of major significance for the First Amendment.

The bill slightly rewrites a short trespass law, originally passed in 1971 and amended a couple of times since, that covers areas subject to heightened Secret Service security measure, like a presidential inauguration or large public events like the Super Bowl and the presidential nominating conventions (troublingly, the Department of Homeland Security has significant discretion in designating what qualifies as one of these special events), wrote ACLU.

Privacy search engines for anonymous Internet search
Scroogle was a basic search engine taking users to their Google results through an indirect route that masked much of the data Google normally collects.
But recently, Google started punishing Scroogle severely for queries, choking off access for 90 minutes at a time. Google argued that it wasn’t targeting Scroogle but that the search engine may have tripped a spam control mechanism, which left a lot of fans of Scroogle quite disappointed.
Search engines have become increasingly more customized to fit the habits of everyday people, but this customization created even greater concerns over internet privacy and internet censorship bills are threatening even more our constitutional rights and freedoms.

1. People are obliged to pay their annual income taxes.
2. People are able to make their own breakfast, clean their own mess, and drive themselves to work in a vehicle that’s cheaper than the mini bar on a corporate jet.
3. People can show their faces in public without the fear of being booed and don’t get bailouts.
