Anonymous Hack Fox News - Real? PDF Print E-mail

OPERATION FOX HUNT
Guy Fawkes Day operation, Fox Hunt, was created to either take Foxnews.com offline or actually take control of the Web site, if some of the more boastful Anons are to be believed. The reason Anonymous was targeting Fox News was that the cable news network has been consistently critical of Occupy Wall Street and associated protests. Anonymous has attached itself strongly to the global Occupy movement and doesn't take attacks on it very kindly.

For sixth consecutive day the besieged Gaza Strip is being hit by Israeli airstrikes  with rising civilian casualties among the Palestinians due to the Israeli attacks.

Nearly two dozen Palestinians were killed in the latest airstrikes on the Gaza Strip on Monday, raising the death toll from the Israeli aggression since Wednesday to at least 101.

The Israeli military says it has attacked the Gaza Strip 1,350 times since Wednesday. The city of Rafah in southern Gaza Strip has been targeted in the recent Israeli airstrikes.

Israeli drones have bombarded the Ministry of Youth and Sports, as well as a stadium in Gaza.

Two women were killed and several others injured in Israeli airstrikes in the Gaza city. A Palestinian girl is reported to be in critical condition.

Reports indicate that fresh Israeli airstrikes have targeted eastern and western Gaza. Some 302 rockets were intercepted by Iron Dome and 99 failed to reach Israel and landed inside the Gaza Strip.
In scenes recalling Israel’s 2008-2009 winter invasion of Gaza, tanks, artillery and infantry have massed in field encampments along the sandy, fenced-off border with Gaza and military convoys moved on roads in the area.

Ron Paul Warns About Perils of War PDF Print E-mail
Written by Nibiru

Israel’s “Operation Pillar of Defense” against the Palestinians in Gaza is likely to produce renewed tensions in the Middle East and ultimately draw the United States further into deepening hostilities against Syria and eventually Iran, warned Ron Paul during his farewell speech last night.

Rep. Ron Paul said “our foreign policy is destined to keep us involved in many wars that we have no business being in” and these seemingly endless conflicts are waged without congressional approval and “with no complaints from the American people” who have endured more than a decade of perpetual war. “Because it’s the government that initiates force, most people accept it as being legitimate,” Paul said.

Shooting Empire State Building PDF Print E-mail

Two people were killed and at least eight were wounded in a shooting outside the landmark Empire State Building in New York City on Friday, according to a New York police source, according to Reuters.

A man shot dead a former co-worker near New York's Empire State Building on Friday and was killed in return fire by police who also wounded bystanders, creating chaos and shocking commuters and tourists who witnessed the bloody scene outside the famous skyscraper.

The gunfire wounded eight bystanders, who were all expected to survive, city officials said. All the shooting took place on the sidewalk at the height of the tourist season next to one of the city's most popular attractions

Jeffrey Johnson, a fashion accessories designer disgruntled over being fired a year ago, shot a 41-year-old former co-worker three times at close range with a .45 caliber handgun, officials said.

The country has had two other mass shooting cases this summer. On July 20, James Holmes, 24, allegedly started shooting at a midnight screening of the Batman film "The Dark Knight Rises" in Aurora, Colorado, killing 12 people and wounding 58.

This month a gunman killed six people and critically wounded three at a Sikh temple outside Milwaukee before police shot him dead in an attack authorities treated as an act of domestic terrorism.

Domestic terrorism has come to light with the Sikh shooting again. The US government is not only coming after the 2nd Amendment, but now framing US Army veterans in a false flag operation where extremists are the new threat.

Ron Paul Defends Julian Assange PDF Print E-mail

Assange calls on US to end 'witchhunt'

Julian Assange spoke in public on Sunday for the first time in months. He addressed a large crowd of supporters from the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where he has been granted asylum.

Assange called on the U.S. to end its "witch hunt" against Wikileaks. He also said that Obama needs to "do the right thing" and release Bradley Manning, the U.S. soldier charged with leaking classified information to Wikileaks.

"There must be no more foolish talk about prosecuting any media organisation, be it Wikileaks or the New York Times," he said. "The U.S. war on whistleblowers must end."

Assange said the U.S. is at a crossroads.

"Will it return to and re-affirm the revolutionary values it was founded on? Or will it lurch off the precipice, dragging us all into a dangerous and oppressive world in which journalists fall silent under the fear of prosecution and citizens must whisper in the dark."

Two years ago Congressman Ron Paul took a stand as one of Julian Assange’s few defenders in Washington, arguing that the WikiLeaks founder should get the same protections as the media. Watch the video below.
